  • Evaluating applications for advanced/teacher tracks (via video submissions).

  • Google Workspace (Drive/Sheets): For storing registration data and video submissions.
  • Stripe / TicketTailor: For secure payment processing.

When data is transferred outside Switzerland (e.g., to the USA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or reliance on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Photos and Videos at Events

Please note that photos and videos may be taken during our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed. If you wish to opt-out, please inform us in writing prior to the event.
