The lab is educational and focused to give you the roots of dominican bachata and the magic of bachata sensual.

Join us for 10 hours of immersive learning: 5h dedicated to Dominican style with Angela Mariano and 5h focused on modern Sensual style with Xidan. We emphasize clean footwork and flavor, intricate isolations with control and body awareness, fluid body movement, and elegant extensions and lines over mere routines. Build correct muscle memory, proper body posture, and solid foundations to support meaningful progress without shortcuts.

Dominican Bachata Specialist · Ladies Styler (5 Hours)

Discover her Art

Born in Puglia, Italy, Ángela began dancing at the age of 5. Her training spans ballroom & Latin, contemporary, street, hip-hop, lyrical jazz, modern, Afro-Cuban salsa, bachata, LA style salsa, salsa on2, and Russian ballet. She has appeared on multiple Italian TV shows and competed in prestigious dance contests since childhood.

Renowned ladies styler specialist. Her Dominican Bachata class focuses on:

With a smooth and modern style inspired by Bachata Sensual and other dance influences, Xidan guides students to move with more fluidity, control, and authentic expression.

Our vision is to raise the standard in the dance scene—whether bachata, salsa, or solo dance—by empowering dancers with an academic and practical training space. The lab combines workouts, technical training, movement research, and guided practice in a structured way, developing dancers holistically: physically, technically, musically, and artistically.
